Does MK warranty their shafts for lifetime, even if you hit a stick up? Anyone tried warrantying a shaft? A new shaft for my terrova is $540. Will be my Most expensive stick-up to date

I'm not sure bout warranty on the shaft but it doesn't hurt to give them a call and try to see if they'll warranty it

I had a riptide shaft break and they replaced it. Not sure if that shaft is guaranteed for life though.

Years back I thought the deal was they claimed they were indestructible so when they broke the part was free but you had to pay labor...but then some people would post that their shop didn't charge them for labor. I use hand control and can pull it up, and never broke one myself.

JUST got off the phone with the dealer. It will be taken care of under warranty, less the labor to switch it out! Shoutout to MK!

yeah boys Minn Kota warranty is the absolute best I've ever dealt with. I'm on my 3rd shaft 2nd control board and 2nd prop (ground both blades down to nothing) in a year and a half of ownership. They replaced each part no questions asked. The local warranty guy doesn't understand how the bowfishermen in town go through so many trolling motors
