I had a TNT start acting up after 2 years and 10,000+ lbs of fish "it owed me nothing". I wrote AMS a email and they asked me to send it in. I fully expected to get a email saying what was wrong and a price to fix it. All of this in a few weeks since they received it the day before there Big 30. "I'm sure they were extremely busy"
When i came home today i was surprised to see my reel in the mail box. It had brand new parts free of charge. All i can say is wow! You guys are awesome!
