was it a cool looking wood grip or what?

The grip was a rubber grip. The cool looking rubber grips are painted by Rob at mooseridge. Or made of dymondwood which cost more.

Not trying to hijack but could you tap an H series riser grip to accept a wooden grip held on by screws?
